Service & Returns

1	The monetary currency for all orders is the Australian Dollar (AU$). Currently, we only ship to Australia & New Zealand. Please email us if you wish to have your order shipped Internationally. All orders within Australia and New Zealand will be shipped by Australia Post's Domestic & International Parcel Service. Goods will be delivered during normal business hours and can be delivered to P.O. Boxes and Street Addresses. Your signature may be required to accept registered goods. NOTE: iSavie Golf takes no responsibility for lost orders if customers provide incorrect address details.
2	For all orders placed Monday to Friday (08h30-16h00) where your payment is received before 13h00 on the same business day as the order is placed, your parcel will be dispatched on that same business day.
3	Delivery within Australia and Tasmania: 1) Regular Parcel Post - allow 1 - 3 days for delivery. There is NO CHARGE for this method of shipping. 2) Express Mail Parcel Post - usually "next day" delivery in metropolitan areas if payment for order is received before 13h00. The CHARGE for this option is AU$4.50
4	Delivery to New Zealand: 1) International Registered Parcel Post - allow 3 - 7 days for delivery. Each parcel assigned a tracking number. The CHARGE for this option is: AU$9.50

If for any reason, you find that your purchase is defective or non-functional, please make contact with us and we replace at our own cost. No questions asked!

However, please note we do not exchange or refund simply because you have changed your mind. If you receive a product that you believe is not what was expected we will replace the item or refund your money at our discretion. It will be your responsibility to mail the item back to our address in its original undamaged condition.

Your credit card details are not stored or kept on file with either iSavie or DirectOne.
6	Returns Policy: 15. We are passionate about customer service. Products supplied by iSavie are of the highest quality. However, in the unlikely event of a product being less than perfect, please contact us (quote order number) to arrange a replacement or a refund. 16. If the return is the result of an error on our part, the cost of the return shipping is at no charge to you. Once your return has been received we undertake to process your exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. 17. Please note we do not exchange or refund simply because you have changed your mind. If you receive a product that you believe is not what was expected we will replace the item or refund your money at our discretion.
